Pleasant and wonderful hotel in a picturesque area near to shops and the banks of the river Sarthe. Lovely and stunning location within an easy walk to Solesmes Abbey.- Quiet and bright room with beautiful sheets, a firm mattress, and a garden.

Airy room, comfortable beds, enjoyable breakfast. Climate control, wireless internet and a TV were convenient. Exceptionally helpful and efficient staff, good service. Location near the banks, shop for food and the river Sarthe. Also, to monastery.

Amazing restaurant serving high quality french food. A little pricey, especially for the wine but worth it. Room was somewhat spacious and quiet with a confortable balcony. If you like Gregorian chanting, there are masses at the Abbey next door which is very impressive as a building and is known for gregorian chant

Design-wise the hotel seems stuck in the late 80's-early 90's, looks a little tired even if still fresh and clean. As many places in France, they close the restaurant at 2pm. I showed up at 2.30pm and the only helpful thing they could tell me as I said I was hungry was to send me to McDonalds. Can't anyone there make a sandwich or an omelet, even if the top-chef is not there??? No A/C so had to sleep with the windows open. The noise from the kitchen could be heard till late (and the church bells really early)

This place was top-notch and everything was well-organized. The restaurant had outdoor seating, and that's where they served the continental breakfast. It was a peaceful stay, and I'd definitely come back for another visit.

The air conditioning system was noisy and not easy to understand. Some easy to understand instruction would be a big help.

Wonderful place, beautiful hotel staffed with extremely professional and kind people, they made our stay great. Then you have the delicious food and fantastic restaurant with three star menu at very reasonable prices, we loved it !!!!

This place boasts an ideal and charming location near France and Sablé-sur-Sarthe, just a short distance from the abbey, with a restaurant in Sablé.

The hotel was clean and tastefully decorated, and had an ideal location for visiting the nearby Benedictine Abbey. The rooms were spacious and had private balconies offering a sense of space. The breakfast buffet was amazing with a variety of hot and cold drinks, juices, croissants, jams, meats, and cheeses.

The restaurant prices were quite expensive and the vegetarian options were very limited. The Wi-Fi was slow and often cut out, and phone signal in the area was variable.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel facing the monastery in a picturesque area. The room was spacious, clean and had a beautiful view of the garden. We enjoyed the excellent breakfast with a wide variety of pastries, hot and cold drinks, and fresh orange juice. The staff were welcoming, helpful and offered us a lift. The available parking and transportation to nearby areas including a restaurant in Sable were very convenient.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

This hotel offers great value for money. The rooms are spacious with small balconies overlooking the gardens, perfect for relaxation. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The location in a picturesque area allows for peaceful walks and easy access to the nearby shop, bakery, and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is delicious and varied, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

All aspects of my stay were enjoyable.
